Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Cashback to Snapback Campaign (“the Campaign”) is run by Brake Bros Ltd of Enterprise House, Eureka Business Park, Ashford, Kent, TN25 4AG (“Brakes”) and will run from 06/04/2021 to 30/07/2021, with the Rewards Claim Period open from 06/04/2021 until 11.59pm on 27/08/2021.
  2. Eligible customers will have the opportunity to claim a reward under the Campaign.
  3. Brakes Credit and Vouchers will be managed and dispatched Brake Bros Ltd of Enterprise House, Eureka Business Park, Ashford, Kent, TN25 4AG. Love2shop vouchers will be managed and dispatched by Appreciate Group plc, Valley Road, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH41 7ED
  1. The following individuals shall not be eligible for this Campaign:
    1. Any other persons that Brakes decides to exclude at its sole discretion for any reason.
    2. National, Corporate and large purchasing groups and wholesalers.
    3. Customers whose account(s) with Brakes are considered by Brakes to be dormant or inactive or who have breached any other agreements with Brakes.
    4. Permanent and/or contract employees of Brakes (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and/or agents (including advertising and promotions agents) and their immediate family members.
  2. The Campaign eligibility criteria includes Brakes customers, new or established, that are Repped AND that have traded with Brakes at least once since January 2018, and trade for the first time during the campaign period, 06/04/2021 to 30/07/2021, apart from exclusions noted in clauses above.
  1. This campaign is open to eligible Brakes customers who Register for the campaign (‘Participants’).
  2. Each Participant is entitled to claim their eligible rewards before 11.59pm 27/08/2021. No exceptions will be possible.
  3. Campaign eligible customers must register to enter at www.brakescashback.co.uk (‘Website’) during the term of the campaign. The Participant will then be required to make a minimum spend to become eligible to claim a reward.
  4. All Participants must be the business owner or have the business owner’s permission to receive an incentive from Brake Bros on behalf of their business and must provide evidence of this to Brakes’ satisfaction at the point of registration and claim. Brakes’ decision as to whether the evidence provided is sufficient will be final. Please note that any reward will be addressed to the business owner and it is at the business owner’s discretion as to who within the business receives the reward and, therefore, it is essential that you ensure the business owner is fully aware of the promotion before registering.
  5. Sales will be measured on invoiced sales; any returns or non-deliveries will not count.
  6. To claim a reward, in addition to completing the registration process, Participants must;
    1. Make the required spend for their preferred reward between 06/04/2021 until 30/07/2021.
    2. Submit a claim through the Website between 06/04/2021 until 11.59pm 27/08/2021.
  7. Available rewards are shown on the Website. The rewards shown on the Website, in advertisements and other marketing materials are for illustration purposes only. The actual reward may differ.
  8. All rewards are subject to availability and shall be sent to the Participant’s Business address held by Brakes.
  9. Brakes reserves the right to change or substitute the rewards available at any time, at its own discretion.
  10. Where a Participant is successful and has received a reward, they are advised to examine the rewards upon receipt. If the rewards are found to be faulty or damaged, the Participant must contact Brakes directly by submitting a ‘Contact us’ request via www.brakescashback.co.uk. Please note all damages must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery. Brakes may require that damaged goods are retained for inspection. Please do not dispose of any goods unless instructed by Brakes to do so. However, Brakes does not provide any warranty nor shall Brakes be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness whatsoever for any aspect of the rewards received by the eligible customers in connection with this Campaign and as such, whether Brakes replaces the reward will be at its sole discretion. Brakes does not represent and is not an agent of the merchant(s), agent(s) and/or service provider(s) participating in this Campaign. Brakes shall not be liable to the participant or to any other person(s), arising from the use of the rewards.
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be supplemental to the existing Brakes Terms and Conditions of Sale and Terms and Conditions relating to Nectar points, the latest versions of which appear on the Brakes website at www.brake.co.uk.
  2. By participating in this Campaign, the eligible customers agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.
  3. All decisions made by Brakes in respect of this Campaign shall be final. No appeal or correspondence will be entered in to.
  4. Brakes reserves the right at any time to amend, delete or add to the Campaign Terms and Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion and without prior notice. For latest versions of these Terms and Conditions, please visit www.brakescashback.co.uk.
  5. If any matters arising from this Campaign are not covered under the Terms and Conditions set out for this Campaign, they shall be determined solely by Brakes.
  6. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the Campaign period shall not entitle eligible customers to any claims or compensations whatsoever against Brakes for any and all losses and/or damages suffered or incurred by the eligible customers as a direct or indirect result of the said act of cancellation, termination, suspension or extension.
  7. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude Brakes’ liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by Brakes’ negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) for any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for Brakes to exclude or limit liability.
  8. Brakes shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities whatsoever howsoever arising or suffered by the eligible customers resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign.
  9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Laws.
